The Chocolate Tempering Machine 20 kg is a high-performance solution designed for chocolatiers and confectionery manufacturers who require consistent, high-quality tempered chocolate. Heating elements inside the bath are evenly placed along all 4 walls and bottom.
Such a solution ensures steady heating of the chocolate. No risk of burning chocolate at all, because the temperature controller won’t allow the walls to heat up above 50°C.
Removable wheeled mixer.
In the case of increase in production, the wheeled machine in 2 minutes turns into a bowl for maintaining 20 kg of chocolate in a liquid state for continuous production.
Saves free sockets:
Together with an incubator for cocoa butter crystals and a compact vibrating table, this wheeled machine turns into a desktop mini-factory — a 4 devices with separate connection to power: a bowl, a mixer, an incubator and a vibrating table.
A wheeled mixer and one of the additionals (a vibrating table for example) can be connected straight to the bowl — that will allow you to free 2 sockets.

We always receive feedback from our customers and turn it into handy solutions to make it easier to work with the equipment. For this bowl, we have developed an inventory shelf (so handy to store a spatula or palette on it instead of putting it on the table), sprinkles tray (attached to the bowl wall and saves the useful working area of the table. All nuts, dried fruits, sublimates, sugar sprinkles are always at hand), scraper bar (useful for cleaning spatula from chocolate), long nozzle for wheeled mixer (helps pouring chocolate from the bowl when it becomes a side-kick machine).
As we described earlier, a bowl can only heat. It can’t cool like an automatic tempering machine, so for instant chocolate pre-crystallization while working with a wheeled machine we recommend using cocoa butter silk — a concentrate of stable crystals which is made in an incubator for cocoa butter crystals.
