Scraper Bar for Chocolate Melter 20 kg

A practical stainless steel scraper bar for working with chocolate directly over the KADZAMA Chocolate Melter 20 kg.

Use it to wipe excess chocolate from spatulas, palette knives, dipping forks and other tools while working. The bar also helps remove excess chocolate from polycarbonate molds when making bonbons and filled chocolate bars.

Mounted directly above the chocolate bowl, it keeps the workflow clean and convenient: excess chocolate returns to the working bowl instead of dripping onto the table or surrounding surfaces.

Made from durable AISI 304 stainless steel for professional confectionery production.
