This vibrating table is a great addition to the chocolate tempering bowl with a wheel mixer. It has 2 horizontal surfaces: latticed and plain. The latticed part can be installed above the bowl with chocolate, which simplifies the “tapping” of the mold for the preparation of sweets corpuses. Use the other plain surface for chocolate molds - to remove air bubbles from the chocolate.
Vibrating table can be connected to a wheeled chocolate molding machine to save free sockets (there are never too many).
