Vibrating table is a great addition to the chocolate tempering machine 20 kg. It has 2 horizontal surfaces: latticed and plain. The latticed one can be installed above the bowl with chocolate, which simplifies the mold tapping while making candy shells. The other plain surface can be used for chocolate molds to remove air bubbles from the chocolate.
