History

  • 2011

    In December 2011, the first dragon molds and tempering bowls were produced.

    It had been decided to establish a company.

  • 2012

    In February 2012 the company was registered.

  • 2012

    October 2012 — a garage was rented for the manufacture of molds and equipment.

    Number of employees: 3.

  • 2013

    In September 2013, a milling machine for the production of unique parts for equipment was purchased.

    A rolling machine for the production of boxes for chocolate was purchased.

    Production of a prototype melangeur. The line-up of equipment includes a guitar slicer, a coating machine and a wheeled molding machine.

  • 2014

    Great sales of melangeurs, guitar slicers, coating machines and molding machines.

    A wide range of molds and packaging for chocolate.

    A melangeur for 57 kg was released.

  • 2015

    Start of sales of the equipment abroad.

    Product line expansion. A rolling mill was released.

  • 2016

    Moving to a new place — production area increased by 5 times.

  • 2017

    The task for the production of an automated line is formulated.

    The development of a tempering machine has begun.

  • 2018

    The line of melangeurs represented by 4 models with an updated design: 7 kg, 27 kg, 57 kg, 77 kg.

    KADZAMA equipment has been sold to all continents except Antarctica.

    A warehouse was opened in Slovenia.

  • 2019

    The company is developing its own incubator for the making of cocoa butter silk — a concentrate of stable cocoa butter crystals, which allows instantly pre-crystallize chocolate, spreads and fillings in just a couple of minutes.

  • 2020

    The range of products includes machines for the full cycle of bean-to-bar production: from cocoa roasters to molds for chocolate bars.

    The line of melangeurs has been updated — the maximum load of senior models has been increased: 7 kg, 35 kg, 65 kg, 85 kg.

    Sales of KADZAMA automatic tempering machine and enrobing machine started.

    Distribution agreements with partners from Kuwait and Colombia have been signed.

    First sales in the USA. Warehouse was opened in Florida.

  • 2021

    KADZAMA melangeurs have got a significant update of the grinding stones: the classic circular groove has been replaced with a spiral one, which increases the speed and quality of grinding up to 2 times. A patent for this type of groove was obtained.

    KADZAMA equipment is used in 61 countries.

    Number of employees: 50.
