The Melter 10 kg is a professional chocolate melting and warming machine designed for chocolatiers, small to medium confectioneries, and panning machine operators. It ensures accurate temperature control and provides a smooth, stable workflow for different types of chocolate and nut-based pastes.

Advanced Heating Technology for Uniform and Stable Performance

Unlike traditional bain-marie systems, this melter features Infrared Heating Elements, evenly distributed across the entire inner surface (bottom and four walls). This innovative design ensures consistent and uniform heating, preventing hot spots and keeping chocolate at the perfect working temperature throughout the process.

The Melter 10 kg has a larger surface area, making it ideal for dipping pralines, pastries, ice cream, and other confections.

A built-in thermocouple sensor accurately measures the temperature at the bottom of the melter, providing precise heating control. For surface temperature verification, especially during tempering, using an infrared thermometer is recommended.

No Water Contact – Safe and Reliable for Chocolate Work

The Melter 10 kg operates without a water bath, eliminating the risk of moisture contamination that can cause chocolate to seize or crystallize. This makes it a perfect solution for tempering, enrobing, glazing, and handling multiple chocolate recipes at the same time.

The built-in gastro GN 2/3 container is not removable

Optimized for Molding and Panning Applications

The Melter 10 kg is an excellent choice for working with molded chocolates, allowing easy collection of excess chocolate when filling molds. Thanks to its wide surface area, chocolate can be efficiently scraped off, keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Additionally, its 10 kg capacity is ideal for use with a 5 kg panning machine , ensuring a smooth and controlled chocolate supply during the coating process.
