Melangeur combines 3 functions at once: PRE-GRINDING, FINE GRINDING and CONCHING. So you don’t need to have three different machines as at large factories — this is 3 in 1.

Spiral grooved grinding stones

The melanger features high-quality granite stones with a patented spiral grooving design, making it stand out in the world of chocolate and nut processing.

This unique grooving ensures not only uniform and efficient grinding, but also optimizes the mixing of the mass. The spiral pattern changes the vector of movement, thoroughly blending the ingredients and preventing clumping.

Reverse Function

The reverse function in the melanger allows the bowl to briefly change its rotation direction.

This feature is especially useful for releasing any blockages that may occur during the grinding process, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation. By preventing jams, the reverse function helps maintain efficiency and protects the machine from unnecessary strain.

Adjustable Bowl Speed

The ability to adjust the rotation speed from 10 to 90 RPM allows precise control over the grinding and conching process, adapting perfectly to the specific requirements of different recipes.

Thermal sensor.

The thermal sensor in the 35 kg melanger continuously monitors the temperature of the product during the grinding and conching process. By providing real-time feedback, it helps maintain the ideal working temperature.

If the temperature begins to exceed the set limits, the melanger automatically reduces the bowl’s rotation speed, helping to prevent overheating and maintain consistent thermal conditions. This intelligent feature ensures precision, protects the quality of your ingredients, and supports the creation of consistently high-quality chocolate and nut-based products.

Additional sockets.

Large melangeurs are big enough to share the electricity with other stuff. For example, a vibrating sieve can be connected directly to the melangeur without pulling the extension cord.

Manual bowl tilt to maintain control in emergency situations.

Melangeur 35 kg has a manual swivel mechanism. The tilt of the frame is done by rotating the control wheel. Thanks to the smooth running and small angle step, you can set the frame angle as precisely as possible. The wheel has a special pawl-stopper that prevents the frame with the bowl from spontaneous tilting during the work.

Electronic tilt can partially facilitate the work, but the advantage of the manual mechanism is that the product can be unloaded without problems even with on electricity.

Safety on the first place.

Enhance your chocolate's purity with our specially designed a vibrating sieve. This innovative tool efficiently removes any external elements or larger unground pieces of cocoa beans that may remain after grinding. The vibration function accelerates the process, allowing chocolate to pass through the sieve faster, saving time and increasing productivity.

Simply position the sieve under the melanger and place a GN container beneath it to ensure your product's cleanliness and safety.

For even greater convenience, pair it with our sturdy trolley for the vibrating sieve. The trolley allows for easy mobility and optimal positioning in your workspace, making the process smoother and more efficient.

Please note, both the vibrating sieve and the trolley are sold separately and are the perfect additions to elevate your production quality.

About three years ago, our company took a chance on purchasing my first Kadzama melangeur for our small shop. We had three melangeurs of another brand that required constant repairs and wanted to upgrade to something more reliable. When our melangeur arrived, the quality of the design and materials was apparent even before we started the machine with the heavy transfer case and thick metal components. Once we got the machine started, I was even happier. It was so much quieter than our other melangeurs making our workdays far more comfortable. Another bonus is that our equipment is visible to our customers and the Kadzama melangeurs design is modern and sleek. Soon we had to retire the last of our other melangeurs and purchase our second Kadzama – a 37 kg which is even more advanced than our first. We like the rotation autospeed control. Just set the desired operating temperature and the speed of the drum is adjusted. Both melangeurs have been in constant use for three and one year(s) respectively and there are no problems to report. I heartily recommend Kadzama melangeurs.
