Description

A professional vibrating sieve for filtering chocolate, cocoa mass and nut pastes after melanging. It helps remove unground particles, cocoa fibre, nut fragments and accidental solid inclusions before the product moves to tempering, moulding, storage or further processing.

The KADZAMA vibrating sieve is designed to be placed directly under the melanger outlet. Put a GN container underneath, start the vibration and unload the mass through the sieve. The 0.5 mm sieve cell catches even fine unground particles, helping producers achieve a cleaner, smoother and more consistent final texture.

The sieve is especially useful when unloading a full melanger. Its 80 mm sieve depth provides enough working volume to reduce the risk of overflow, while the frame height allows a gastronorm container up to 200 mm high to be positioned below the sieve. This makes the process cleaner, faster and easier than manual sieving over a bucket.

The machine is suitable for KADZAMA 35 kg, 65 kg and 85 kg melangers. Stainless steel AISI 304 contact parts, compact dimensions and adjustable vibration power make it a practical filtering solution for bean-to-bar chocolate makers, confectionery workshops and small to medium professional production.
