  1. Melting the chocolate

    Melted chocolate is required to cover the dragees. The mini tempering bowl will melt everything by itself and keep up to 5 kg of chocolate in working condition for as long as you like. It will free you from the need to melt the chocolate by hand in a water bath or in the microwave, and will save you a lot of time.

  2. Coating/panning

    Despite its compactness, the drageeing drum/coating machine with 2 kg loading capacity does an excellent job and allows you to create any dragees in small quantities, which is convenient if you are just starting your journey or if dragees are not the main products in your wide range. In addition, due to its small size, it is perfect for working out your own recipes, and you can use it at home.
