Painting Spray Cabin

The spaying cabin is designed for uniform coloring of confectionery and chocolate products with cocoa butter or other food dyes suitable for spraying, minimizing production pollution by up to 95%. It is ideal not only for decorating any desserts, but also polycarbonate molds.

The cabin is equipped with a powerful duct fan that draws in the sprayed particles, helping to avoid color diffusion, as well as preventing the dye from settling on the surfaces of your production. The fan is protected by a universal filter.

Bright LEDs with IP54 protection degree are installed inside the camera. Additional glasses protect the lamps from sticking of dye particles.

The complete bracket for the spray gun* can be fixed to the left or right under your hand in one movement using a lamb screw.

To remove excess chocolate from molds and a spatula, a scraper bar is installed in the cabin. The noise level during operation does not exceed 60 dB.
