Wholesale chocolate couverture & block chocolate, made for chocolatiers

Ready-to-melt dark, milk and white couverture — or a chocolate developed to your exact spec — supplied in blocks, so you can stay focused on chocolates, pastries and desserts instead of running a bean-to-bar line.

🍫 Block chocolate, ready to melt

Built for people who work with chocolate, not necessarily who make it from scratch

Whatever you shape, coat or scoop, we supply the couverture behind it.

When we're exactly what you need

You don't need a reason as big as "start a factory" to talk to us.

A cheaper way into bean-to-bar

You want to try bean-to-bar, without building a line first

You're curious what real craft chocolate can do for your recipes, but you're not ready to buy a roaster, crusher and melanger before knowing it's worth it. Start with our couverture — made on that exact equipment — and see how it performs in your kitchen before you invest in your own line.

We help when it gets overwhelming

A big order just landed and your capacity can't keep up

A wholesale contract, a retail listing or a seasonal spike arrived faster than your kitchen can produce. Rather than turning the client away, we supply finished couverture at volume so you can fulfil the order on time.

The chocolate range

Standard couverture off the shelf, or a recipe built around your brief.

Standard couverture

Dark, milk and white chocolate in block form, made to consistent specifications.

  • Cocoa % ranges to suit your recipes
  • Stable, predictable tempering curve
  • Supplied in 1 kg–10 kg blocks

Custom & bespoke chocolate

  • Co-developed recipe & tasting rounds
  • Unique origin, roast & inclusion profiles
  • Signature chocolate exclusive to your brand

Nut pastes & gianduja

Hazelnut, almond, pistachio and peanut pastes, plain or blended into gianduja-style couverture.

  • Refined to 20 microns
  • Adjustable nut-to-chocolate ratio
  • Ready for fillings, spreads & bars
Our own equipment, our own line

We manufacture the machines. We run them, too.

KADZAMA builds roasters, crushers, melangers and tempering equipment for chocolate makers worldwide — the same equipment runs our own production line, bean to block.

1

Roasting

Cocoa beans are roasted on our roaster to develop flavour and remove excess moisture.

2

Crushing

Roasted beans go through the crusher, separating nibs from shell.

3

Refining, 20 microns

Nibs are ground and conched in our melangers down to a 20-micron particle size.

4

Filling & shipping

The finished chocolate is poured into gastronorm trays and shipped straight to you.

From first conversation to standing order

A short, low-risk path before you commit to any volume.

1

Tell us what you need

Send us your chocolate type, business and rough volumes.

2

We send a proposal

A standard couverture, or a formula we develop together, with pricing and lead time.

3

Test it in your kitchen

Temper, mould, coat or churn a trial batch exactly as you would in production.

4

Move to wholesale supply

Lock in pricing, packaging and a delivery schedule that fits your kitchen.

"We've been running our own chocolate & nut-paste production line since 2012 — now we're opening it up as a supply partner."

— KADZAMA production team

Why source couverture from KADZAMA

  • We build the equipment we produce on

Roasters, crushers and melangers are our own machines — the same line we sell to chocolate makers worldwide.

  • Recipe development, not just supply

Our team can build a chocolate around your flavour brief instead of asking you to fit a catalogue product.

  • Refined to 20 microns

A consistent 20-micron particle size for a smooth mouthfeel and a clean, reliable temper.

  • Try before you commit

Test a trial batch in your own kitchen before agreeing to any wholesale volume.

  • EU-based, shipping worldwide

Based in Slovenia, already shipping to chocolatiers and pastry businesses in 87 countries.

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum order for a wholesale supply agreement?

Minimum 7 kg for recipe.

Can you really develop a chocolate unique to us?

Yes. Our team can work from a flavour brief, a reference bar, or a target cocoa % and texture, and go through tasting rounds with you until the recipe is right — then keep it exclusive to your brand.

Do you supply nut pastes as well as chocolate?

Yes — hazelnut, almond, pistachio and peanut pastes, either on their own or blended into gianduja-style couverture.

Where do you ship from?

We produce and ship from our facility in Slovenia (EU), and already deliver equipment and ingredients to businesses in 87 countries.

Still deciding? Let's talk it through first.

Tell us what you're making and how much you need — we'll get back with a straightforward proposal.
