Armed with years of equipment experience and hundreds of lab tests, we've updated our cocoa bean crusher with automatic nibs and husks separation to make it better on every level.

While some artisans invent their crushers from vacuum cleaners and others hide «magic» behind a cold & soulless body, our machine attracts all attention. Thanks to additional windows on the device's body, as well as in the loading and husks’ tanks, the operation of the crusher has become even more clear, which is ideal for spectacular bean-to-bar production behind glass or in a chocolate museum.

Need additional sifting, but don’t want to crush the beans again and lose some of the nibs along with the husks? Use the auxiliary loading funnel to skip the crushing step — in this case only the fan runs, which reduces motor wear and energy costs.

Husks accumulate in a tank in the lower part of the body, from which unloading is done using a damper, without the need to remove the tank itself. Don't worry: the tank is removable too and can be easily unscrewed if washing is required.

A special grid for the loading tank will protect against unwanted injuries. We also equipped the device with a сircuit breaker and RCD — the experience of creating melangeurs came in handy here too.

Housing door on hinges (easy to open and clean, no need to look for a place for the door), convenient adjustment with dampers at each stage (intuitive product’s loading speed and air flow power regulation), reverse (wedges the crusher without hands), grid for the gastro-container (no need to store the container on the floor, can be moved along with the crusher) and movable supports (reliably fix the crusher on an uneven surface) — the important details that will make your user experience comfortable and unforgettable.
