Our Story

From a small garage to a global chocolate workshop — this is the journey of KADZAMA. Founded in 2012, KADZAMA began with a single mold, one tempering bowl, and a clear vision: to build reliable tools for real chocolatiers.

What started with just one employee working out of a rented garage in Moscow quickly grew into a brand recognized by chocolate professionals around the world. Today, our equipment is used in 61 countries, and our team of 50+ engineers, designers, and makers continues to craft machines that combine precision, durability, and practical design.

Timeline Highlights

  • 2011 – First molds and tempering bowls created
  • 2012 – Official company registration and production launch
  • 2013 – Released first melanger prototype, guitar slicer, coating and wrapping machines
  • 2015 – Entered international markets; launched new equipment models
  • 2017 – Began development of automated tempering machines and production lines
  • 2018 – Opened EU warehouse in Slovenia; expanded melanger lineup
  • 2019–2021 – Added full bean-to-bar lines, launched US warehouse in Florida, patented spiral stone groove for melangers
  • 2022–2023 – Opened full-scale production division in Slovenia; introduced retro-style melanger series; refined in-house quality standards
  • 2023 – Participated in major EU exhibitions (SIGEP, Chocoa, GastroPan); began direct public engagement and customer feedback integration
  • 2024 – Launched cocoa bean crusher and chocolate spray box; enhanced melanger controls; expanded European trade show presence
  • 2025 – Continued innovation, improved product lines, and developed client-focused educational resources to support both product quality and business growth
