• Assembly instructions

  

• Before start

  5.1. Remove the packaging.

  5.2. Assemble support for melangeur bowl as shown on the picture (prev. page). Use the hex wrench.

  5.3. Set support for melangeur bowl on a flat hard surface, providing easy access to working surface.

• Exploitation

  6.1. Remove and clean the scrapers after finishing to work with melangeur.

  6.2. Take off the suspension stones unit of melangeur and place it on the support, as shown on the picture (next page). Place the container for the product to be cleaned underneath.

  

  6.3. Remove the suspension stones unit from the support and place the melangeur’s tank after pouring the product from it. Clean the tank with scraper or wait for the product to drain on its own:
