This is a tray holder that turns almost any fridge into a !!!comfortable!!! fridge for crystallization or storage of chocolate products. You don't have to look for a special fridge or special baking trays to be compatible with each other.
If you have a chamber that can fit a 450x460x330 mm organizer inside, this will give you 6 more slots to place chocolate trays and save a lot of useful space.
By the way, the organizer is compatible with our trays 600x400 mm. Before using them make sure that the depth of your fridge — the internal distance from the closed fridge door to the back wall is at least 600 mm. Trays are purchased separately, not included with the organizer.
