Chocolate production has a lot of exhausting routines. Buy, melt, temper, pour, pack, deliver and repeat. We’ve made a robot that nails all the pouring routine, freeing up a lot of your time and in some cases freeing you from the need to hire a special worker.
The side-kick to this robot is an automatic tempering machine that melts the chocolate itself, pre-crystallizes it (tempers) and stores the chocolate in the right working condition for as long as you need. These two machines communicate via special hoses for continuous chocolate supply, almost like in a CIS printer.
But if you still feel that you haven’t grown up to a full-fledged automated production line — take a look at the desktop version. It’s smaller and doesn't require expensive automatic tempering machine.
