Automatic mold loader

Tired of manually filling out molds over and over again, putting them on a vibrating table and sending them to cooling? It’s over.

Meet a device that loads and fills molds, removes air from the product and moves them to the cooling tunnel on its own — the automatic mold loader.

All you need is to connect the device directly to the automatic tempering machine and load the polycarbonate molds in a stack into the load tray. The device itself will load the molds into the chocolate (or other product requiring pre-crystallization) filling area in automatic mode. The load tray has a built-in heating function, which allows you to load molds at the working temperature and forget about manual heating with a heat gun forever. After filling, the molds move into the vibration zone to distribute the product evenly and release air bubbles from the mass. Next, the molds go to the conveyor belt, which can transfer them to the cooling tunnel without human assistance, allowing you to get rid of any manual operations in this section of the production line.

Belt speed, feed step (delay) and mold preheat temperature are adjustable. The dispensing plate is mounted on the ATM spout, allowing you to fill molds faster due to the exact feed of the right amount of product. Thanks to the camlock, the dispensing plate can be easily replaced with any other with a similar lock.
